Spark Bagel is looking for a few folks to join us this summer. We have been running a wholesale and farmers market business for 5 years and opened up our brick and mortar bagel shop in Spring 2025. We focus on local ingredients, grains, and seasonal produce in our production. We put a lot of care into our food and customer experience and expect our employees to as well.

We are looking to fill counter, dish, and market positions. Pay $15/hour - $18+/hour depending on position and experience. All employees are part of a tip pool which averages an additional $3-$5/hour. Weekend availability is a MUST for all the jobs listed.

Counter Position: Hiring for Sunday! With possible room for more shifts or to combine with market and dish shifts!

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Handle transactions/operating of POS/money handling

  • Work in a fast paced environment while keeping an attention to detail

  • Restocking, Organizing, and cleaning of space

  • Weekend availability is a MUST

  • Shift 7a-2p Sundays!

  • Experience preferred, but will train the right candidate

Market Cashier:

  • Set up, make and sell a ton of bagels and bagel sandwiches

  • Be able to handle a long line of customers

  • Able to lift 40 pounds and stand on feet for 6 hours

  • Maintain high aesthetic standards at our Farmers Market locations

  • Drivers License and a clean driving record required

  • Fridays 7:30-1:30 at Belfast Farmers Market

‍ ‍Dish: Summer position June-October

  • Weekend availability a must

  • Shifts are 8-2 Friday-Sun with possibility for more weekday shifts
